These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the services ("Service") provided by SOLCAT SOLUTIONS LTD, registration number ΗΕ 462150, with registered office at Kypranoros 13, EVI BUILDING, Floor 2, Office 201, 1061 Nicosia, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as "Solcat"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. GENERAL USE

You may browse the Service without creating an account. No registration, passwords or login names are required. You agree not to bypass technical restrictions or security measures implemented on the Service.

2. PRIVACY & COOKIES

SOLCAT values your privacy. We do not deploy cookies or tracking technologies. The "Get in touch" form collects full name, e-mail, company (optional), selected service and message; this data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.SOLCAT will not monitor, edit, or disclose personal information unless required to:

comply with applicable laws or legal process;
protect and defend the rights or property of SOLCAT;
enforce these Terms; or
protect the safety or rights of other users.

Server-log information (IP address, browser user-agent, date/time, requested URL, HTTP status) is processed for security and retained for 7 days (see Privacy Policy § 3.1).

3. Client Contracts

SOLCAT enters into individual contracts with clients offline. Personal data associated with these contracts is not submitted or processed through the website.

4. Content Storage and Limitations

You are responsible for any content you voluntarily upload or submit. SOLCAT does not guarantee storage of any data and is not liable for loss or deletion of user-submitted content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

Transmit spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
Harass, defame or threaten others;
Distribute illegal, infringing or harmful material;
Harvest information about others without consent;
Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code;
Attempt unauthorised access to systems or networks.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. SOLCAT is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of linked sites and does not endorse them.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SOLCAT does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy or reliability of content.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOLCAT and its suppliers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOLCAT and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. TERMINATION

SOLCAT may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason without notice.

11. No-Spam Policy

Any use of the Service to transmit unsolicited bulk e-mail or spam will result in blocking of access. .

12. Modifications to Terms

Material amendments will be posted on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute must be brought within one year of its occurrence.

14. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and SOLCAT does not knowingly process their personal data.
